Schedule a Showing
We schedule showings Tuesday-Friday, 12pm – 2pm and after 5pm. (Showings are scheduled on Mondays and weekends by special request)
Please have all occupants available at the showing to avoid unnecessary additional showings.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (919-882-6030) at least 30 minutes prior to the showing time.
How to Reserve a Property
If you would like to reserve the property that you have seen, please bring a check (we will NOT accept cash or a money order) for $100 with you to the showing.
The reservation fee holds the property for 7 days to allow you to complete the application, pay the application fee, collect and provide proof of income, pay the deposit and sign the lease. If you sign within a week, the reservation fee will be refunded.
Application Process
All prospective tenants must pay a $45 non-refundable application fee.
We will conduct a background and credit check. You must provide past rental history and provide employment verification.
Tenants are required to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent at the lease signing. Must be paid in one check or money order.
